Cold seaweed soup for hot days
Miyeok naengguk is a refreshing cold Korean soup of wakame seaweed.
Served with vinegar, soy sauce and ice cubes, it is a beloved refreshment in summer.

Ingredients
- Dried wakame seaweed20 g
- Rice vinegar3 tbsp
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Garlic & spring onionsome of each
- Sugar & sesamesome of each
- Ice water500 ml

Preparation
Soak the wakame and blanch briefly.
Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Season with vinegar, soy sauce and garlic.
Pour in ice-cold water.
Serve with sesame and ice cubes.
