Crispy pork with garlic and pepper

Moo tod kratiem is a simple Thai dish of marinated pork fried with plenty of garlic.

Coriander root and white pepper give it the signature aroma, served with rice.

Ingredients

  • Sliced pork400 g
  • Garlic1 bulb
  • Coriander root2
  • White pepper1 tsp
  • Oyster & soy sauce1 tbsp each
  • Oil3 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Pound garlic, coriander root and pepper into a paste.

  2. Marinate the pork with the paste and sauces.

  3. Let it rest a while.

  4. Fry crisp in hot oil.

  5. Serve sprinkled with fried garlic.
