Crispy pork with garlic and pepper
Moo tod kratiem is a simple Thai dish of marinated pork fried with plenty of garlic.
Coriander root and white pepper give it the signature aroma, served with rice.

- Sliced pork400 g
- Garlic1 bulb
- Coriander root2
- White pepper1 tsp
- Oyster & soy sauce1 tbsp each
- Oil3 tbsp

Preparation
Pound garlic, coriander root and pepper into a paste.
Marinate the pork with the paste and sauces.
Let it rest a while.
Fry crisp in hot oil.
Serve sprinkled with fried garlic.
