Boiled Korean dumplings in broth
Mul mandu are water-cooked Korean dumplings, the name literally meaning water mandu.
Filled with pork, tofu and vegetables, they turn tender and are served with a soy sauce dip.

- Mandu wrappers20
- Minced pork200 g
- Tofu150 g
- Bean sprouts & chivessome of each
- Garlic & sesame oilsome of each
- Soy sauce & vinegarfor dipping

Preparation
Mix pork, mashed tofu and vegetables into a filling.
Fill the wrappers and seal tightly.
Cook in boiling water.
Let them float and remove.
Serve with a soy-vinegar dip.
