Neer Dosa
Delicate rice crepes from Mangalore
Neer dosa means water dosa and is a thin, soft rice crepe from the coastal region of Karnataka.
The unleavened batter needs no fermentation and yields lacy, pale crepes.

Ingredients
- Rice200 g
- Fresh grated coconut3 tbsp
- Wateras needed
- Salt1 tsp
- Oil for the pansome

Preparation
Soak the rice and grind fine with coconut.
Stir with plenty of water into a very thin batter.
Add salt.
Pour the batter thinly into a hot pan.
Cook covered and fold over.
