Ingredients

  • Baguette2 pieces
  • Grilled pork250 g
  • Liver pâté4 tbsp
  • Pickled carrot & radishsome of each
  • Cucumber & coriandersome of each
  • Chili & soy saucesome of each

Preparation

  1. Pickle the carrot and radish sweet-sour.

  2. Season and grill the pork.

  3. Cut open the baguette and spread with pâté.

  4. Fill with meat, pickled vegetables, cucumber and herbs.

  5. Season with chili and soy sauce and serve.
