- Baguette2 pieces
- Grilled pork250 g
- Liver pâté4 tbsp
- Pickled carrot & radishsome of each
- Cucumber & coriandersome of each
- Chili & soy saucesome of each

Preparation
Pickle the carrot and radish sweet-sour.
Season and grill the pork.
Cut open the baguette and spread with pâté.
Fill with meat, pickled vegetables, cucumber and herbs.
Season with chili and soy sauce and serve.
