Spicy Korean cucumber salad
Oi muchim is a quick Korean cucumber salad served as banchan with almost any meal.
Crisp cucumbers are dressed with gochugaru, garlic and sesame and are ready to eat at once.

- Cucumbers2
- Gochugaru (chili flakes)1 tbsp
- Garlic2 cloves
- Rice vinegar1 tbsp
- Sesame oil & sesame1 tsp each
- Salt & sugar1 tsp each

Preparation
Slice the cucumbers thinly.
Salt briefly and let drain.
Mix with gochugaru, garlic and rice vinegar.
Fold in sesame oil and sesame.
Serve immediately as a side dish.
