Ojingeo Chae Bokkeum
Sweet and spicy dried squid strips
Ojingeo chae bokkeum is a popular Korean side dish of dried, shredded squid strips.
Glazed in a glossy sauce of gochujang and syrup, they are at once sweet, spicy and chewy.

Ingredients
- Dried squid strips150 g
- Gochujang (chili paste)1 tbsp
- Rice syrup or honey2 tbsp
- Garlic1 clove
- Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- Sesame oil & sesamesome of each

Preparation
Steam the squid strips briefly to soften.
Stir gochujang, syrup and garlic into a sauce.
Warm the sauce briefly.
Fold in the squid and mayonnaise.
Serve with sesame oil and sesame.
