- Pork in strips300 g
- Red curry paste2 tbsp
- Long beans200 g
- Lime leaves4
- Fish sauce & sugarsome of each
- Oil2 tbsp

Preparation
Fry the curry paste in oil.
Add the pork and fry along.
Stir in the long beans.
Season with fish sauce and sugar.
