Korean spring onion pancake
Pajeon is a savoury Korean pancake whose main ingredient is whole spring onions.
Fried crisp in oil, it is cut into pieces and served with a dipping sauce of soy sauce and vinegar.

- Spring onions1 bunch
- Wheat flour150 g
- Egg1 piece
- Iced water180 ml
- Soy sauce & vinegarsome of each
- Oil & sesamesome of each

Preparation
Whisk flour, egg and iced water into a thin batter.
Lay the spring onions in the hot pan.
Pour the batter over and spread.
Fry crisp on both sides.
Cut into pieces and serve with the dip.
