Prawn Pepper Fry
Peppery prawns from Kerala
Prawn pepper fry is a spicy prawn dish from Kerala with plenty of freshly ground black pepper.
Curry leaves and coconut oil give the semi-dry dish its characteristic South Indian flavour.

- Prawns400 g
- Black pepper2 tbsp
- Curry leaves2 sprigs
- Onion & ginger-garlicsome of each
- Turmeric & chili powdersome of each
- Coconut oil2 tbsp

Preparation
Marinate the prawns with turmeric and chili.
Fry onion with ginger-garlic in coconut oil.
Add the prawns and fry.
Stir in plenty of black pepper.
Cook semi-dry with curry leaves.
