Steamed Filipino rice cakes
Puto are small steamed rice cakes, a Filipino side dish and sweet treat at once.

- Rice flour200 g
- Sugar120 g
- Coconut milk or milk250 ml
- Baking powder1 tsp
- Salt1 pinch

Preparation
Mix rice flour, sugar and baking powder.
Stir with milk into a smooth batter.
Fill oiled moulds.
Steam for about 15 minutes.
Let cool and release.
