Stir-fried pork strips with green pepper
Qingjiao rousi is a plain everyday stir-fry from mainland China with finely sliced pork and green pepper.
Quick searing in a hot wok keeps the meat tender and the pepper crisp.

- Pork in strips300 g
- Green peppers2
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Cornstarch1 tbsp
- Garlic & gingersome of each
- Oil2 tbsp

Preparation
Marinate the pork with soy sauce and cornstarch.
Cut the peppers into fine strips.
Sear the meat quickly in a hot wok.
Add peppers, garlic and ginger.
Toss briefly and serve at once.
