Riesling

The classic for heat and aromatic cooking

Few wines pair as well with Asian food as an off-dry Riesling. Its lively acidity and fruity residual sweetness tame heat and harmonise with ginger, lime and lemongrass.

Off-dry and Kabinett styles in particular are the safe companions – cool, precise, refreshing.
