Tissue-thin crispy flatbread with sugar
Roti tisu is a Malaysian variant of roti canai, stretched paper-thin and stacked into a cone.
Dusted with sugar, the crispy flatbread is often served as a sweet snack with tea.

- Flour300 g
- Ghee or margarine3 tbsp
- Sugar3 tbsp
- Condensed milk2 tbsp
- Salt & watersome of each
- Oil for stretchingsome

Preparation
Knead the dough and rest it in oil.
Stretch the dough ball paper-thin.
Bake crisp on a hot griddle.
Dust with sugar.
Stack into a cone and serve.
