Steamed tapioca balls with pork filling
Sakoo sai moo are translucent Thai tapioca balls with a sweet and salty pork filling.
Peanuts, palm sugar and coriander root in the filling make them a beloved snack.

- Small tapioca pearls200 g
- Minced pork200 g
- Roasted peanuts60 g
- Palm sugar2 tbsp
- Coriander root & garlicsome of each
- Fish sauce1 tbsp

Preparation
Bind the tapioca pearls into a dough with hot water.
Fry pork with peanuts, palm sugar and spices.
Flatten the dough and fill with the filling.
Shape into balls.
Steam for about 15 minutes until translucent.
