Rice bowl with tender baby fish
Shirasu don is a Japanese rice bowl topped with tiny, tenderly boiled baby fish.
Enjoyed especially fresh on the coasts, it is finished with spring onion, nori and an egg yolk.

- Shirasu (boiled baby fish)150 g
- Cooked rice300 g
- Spring onion2
- Nori1 sheet
- Egg yolk2
- Soy sauceto taste

Preparation
Spread warm rice into bowls.
Generously top with shirasu.
Sprinkle with spring onion and nori.
Set an egg yolk in the centre.
Drizzle with soy sauce and serve.
