Pink kokum-coconut drink from the Konkan coast
Sol kadhi is a pink drink from the Konkan coast made from kokum fruit and coconut milk.
It is drunk after spicy meals and considered cooling and good for digestion.

Ingredients
- Kokum fruit (dried)8 pieces
- Coconut milk400 ml
- Garlic2 cloves
- Green chili & coriandersome of each
- Cumin & saltsome of each

Preparation
Soak the kokum in warm water.
Strain off the pink extract.
Mix with coconut milk.
Add garlic, chili and cumin.
Serve chilled with coriander.
