Spicy Korean dipping paste for wraps
Ssamjang is a thick, savoury Korean paste served with grilled meat for lettuce wraps.
It blends the fermented pastes doenjang and gochujang with garlic, sesame and spring onion.

Ingredients
- Doenjang (soybean paste)3 tbsp
- Gochujang (chili paste)1 tbsp
- Garlic2 cloves
- Spring onion1
- Sesame oil & sesame1 tsp each
- Sugar1 tsp

Preparation
Stir doenjang and gochujang together.
Finely chop garlic and spring onion.
Combine everything.
Season with sesame oil, sesame and sugar.
Serve as a dip for grilled meat and lettuce wraps.
