Stir-fried Korean blood sausage with vegetables

Sundae bokkeum is a spicy stir-fry of Korean blood sausage (sundae) and plenty of vegetables.

With gochujang, perilla leaves and cabbage, the sausage becomes a beloved market dish.

Ingredients

  • Korean blood sausage (sundae)400 g
  • Gochujang & gochugarusome of each
  • Cabbage & carrot200 g
  • Perilla leaves1 bunch
  • Garlic & spring onionsome of each
  • Sesame oil & oilsome of each

Preparation

  1. Slice the sundae.

  2. Fry the vegetables in oil.

  3. Stir in gochujang and gochugaru.

  4. Add the sundae and toss gently.

  5. Finish with perilla leaves and sesame oil.
