Stir-fried Korean blood sausage with vegetables
Sundae bokkeum is a spicy stir-fry of Korean blood sausage (sundae) and plenty of vegetables.
With gochujang, perilla leaves and cabbage, the sausage becomes a beloved market dish.

- Korean blood sausage (sundae)400 g
- Gochujang & gochugarusome of each
- Cabbage & carrot200 g
- Perilla leaves1 bunch
- Garlic & spring onionsome of each
- Sesame oil & oilsome of each

Preparation
Slice the sundae.
Fry the vegetables in oil.
Stir in gochujang and gochugaru.
Add the sundae and toss gently.
Finish with perilla leaves and sesame oil.
