  • Sliced beef300 g
  • Onion1
  • Oyster & soy sauce1 tbsp each
  • Cornstarch1 tbsp
  • Garlic & spring onionsome of each
  • Black pepper & oilsome of each

Preparation

  1. Marinate the beef with cornstarch and soy sauce.

  2. Heat the iron plate very hot.

  3. Spread the onions on it.

  4. Sear the beef hard.

  5. Deglaze with the sauce and serve sizzling.
