Tibetan twisted steamed bun
Tingmo is a fluffy, twisted steamed bun from Tibetan cuisine, common in Nepal's Himalayan communities.
The plain yeast bun is served as a side to spicy stews and curries, into which it is dipped.

Ingredients
- Wheat flour300 g
- Yeast1 tsp
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Warm water160 ml
- Oil1 tbsp
- Salt1 pinch

Preparation
Knead flour, yeast, sugar and water into a dough, let rise.
Roll the dough thin and brush with oil.
Roll up and cut into strips.
Twist each strip into a knot shape.
Steam about 15 minutes and serve warm.
