Tod Mun Pla
Thai fried fish cakes
Tod mun pla are spicy Thai fish cakes of fish paste, red curry paste and kaffir lime leaves.
Vigorous kneading gives them a bouncy texture, and they are served with a sweet-sour cucumber dip.

- White fish fillet400 g
- Red curry paste2 tbsp
- Kaffir lime leaves5 pieces
- Long beans100 g
- Fish sauce & eggsome of each
- Cucumber & peanuts (dip)some of each

Preparation
Puree the fish with curry paste and egg into a sticky mass.
Mix in finely sliced lime leaves and beans.
Knead vigorously by hand.
Form small cakes and deep-fry golden.
Serve with a sweet-sour cucumber dip.
