  • Chicken meat200 g
  • Tofu200 g
  • Napa cabbage & mushrooms400 g
  • Dashi broth1.5 l
  • Soy sauce & mirinsome of each

Preparation

  1. Season the dashi with soy sauce and mirin.

  2. Add chicken and firm ingredients first.

  3. Follow with seafood and vegetables.
