Pork strips with pickled mustard stem
Zhacai rousi is a quick Chinese stir-fry of pork strips and pickled mustard stem.
The crunchy, salty-savoury zhacai gives the mild pork bite and depth.

- Pork in strips250 g
- Zhacai (pickled mustard stem)150 g
- Spring onion2
- Soy sauce & rice winesome of each
- Cornstarch1 tsp
- Oil2 tbsp

Preparation
Marinate the pork with cornstarch and rice wine.
Rinse the zhacai if too salty and cut into strips.
Stir-fry the pork in a wok.
Add the zhacai and fry along.
Season with soy sauce and serve with spring onion.
